You will be staying in very pleasant garden surroundings.
Naturally this will vary during the year. Generally there are always some flowers to enjoy, and at certain times the garden really blooms.
If you enjoy looking at gardens then September and October are great times to be staying here, as the district has some lovely gardens to view, why not make the Mouse House on Bruce your base to go exploring?
Eudunda has a large award winning community garden (actually two) in the Centennial Gardens, where you will find beautiful flowers and bushes, shelter, BBQ and toilets. The gardens also have shelters and seats with hundreds of ceramic tiles drawn to depict transport in the last 100 years.
There is also a section called ‘Kids Scrub’ where younger kids can explore in a native garden setting. A modern sheltered children’s playground is also available next to the BBQ.
The second garden is the Memorial Gardens, and now flows on from the Centennial Gardens, and you will find a memorial and also a memorial archway with names of all those who had come from Eudunda who served in the military there.
